CIF applications should be submitted at least six weeks before the start of the proposed project and related activities. Late submissions, retrospective applications or incomplete application will not be accepted. For new or large-scale projects, you are encouraged to make an earlier submission to ensure sufficient time for discussion with the Secretariat.
You will be notified of the outcome of the application by email. Successful applicants will be required to sign and return a Letter of Undertaking in hard copy, and will be given instructions on the reimbursement process.
