In continuation with its engagement practices, Tuas-based marine supply and engineering company, Arc Marine Pte Ltd, initiated the team building programme, 'Sport the Heritage' amongst its employees. As part of the programme, 26 employees participated in an Amazing Race event that was facilitated by SportSG. The programme was supported by the Community Integration Fund's (CIF) Workplace Integration Resource (WIRe).
In the race, team were tasked to complete tasks at five different stations while exploring various locations of cultural and historical significance across Singapore. Each group comprised of local, immigrant and foreign employees from five nationalities of different races, cultural backgrounds and job roles in the company. Solving riddles at each station provided them clues for their next destinations.
